McEwen’s Mill is an exclusive BLD Homes subdivision of 60 lots, next to Maggie’s Place off 10th Line Rd, in Beckwith/Carleton Place. It features single-road access to McEwen’s Mill and a combination of open and wooded lots tailored to fit our models.

Timeline: The first home to be built is our compelling Cleary bungalow model, which will be completed by the end of spring. It will host open houses for clients to see our building quality and for them to envision themselves in this wonderful area. The next few homes for sale will be completed by summer and fall. Price Points: We project our homes to sell for between $1,000,000-$1,200,000 depending on the home model, though this is only an estimate as we do not yet have final pricing. 

Lot Prices: We are selling Bungalow and 2-Storey spec homes so at this time we don’t sell individual lots.
