Chloe was a pleasure to work with in the weeks leading up to our move and was attentive to our requests for access to the home prior to our move in date, when we brought in various contractors for quotes on basement development, sunroom and pool installation. Shane was good to have our flower beds filled with soil and have a pipe installed for the downspout to carry water away from the house. We also liked the unreserved.com  purchase experience for our purchase. So much easier than going back and forth with realtors and blind offers when competing with other buyers. This streamlined the buying process and we had ample opportunity to view the house, ask questions, and obtain information through our realtor. It was an exciting day, the day of the auction and we are really happy with our home.
